Dissolution Study Survey

This is the link of the actual survey form for the Dissolution Study Survey. These surveys should be completed and submitted prior to December 12, 2008.

Consolidation Study

The Fairweather Consulting Group working with the Elan Planning and Design have been hired to do the consolidation study for the Village. This is the link to their web page related to the project. The Consolidation Committee will be meeting once a month in the beginning. The meetings are scheduled and listed on the Fairweather Consulting Group web page which is accessed through the Town Web Site. The meetings are open to the public.

Adirondack Community College Adirondack Community College, located in Queensbury, provides nationally accepted and recognized college credits in a local, student-centered atmosphere.
Lake George Central School The Lake George School website has valuable information about the school system including programs, activities, organizations, and many additional valuable education oriented links.
Lake George Historical Association The Lake George Historical Association located in the old Court House next to Shepard park houses many artifacts and information regarding the rich history of the area.
The Lake George Association The Lake George Association is the oldest lake associated organization in the nation. It provides a voice and programs to preserve the natural, pristine beauty of Lake George. The full time staff provides communication, education, geographic information, land use management, nuisance control information, project management, and water quality oversite to protect the lake for tomorrow.

Department of Agriculture and Markets The Department of Agriculture and Markets, as part of its responsibilities, regulates the licensing of dogs. This particular part of their website deals with that subject.
Department of Environmental Conservation The Department of Environmental Conservation deals with a great number of topics, all of which are listed and can be accessed from this site.
Fishing License Information The information regarding fishing licenses is available on this link. Licenses may be purchased at the Lake George Town Clerk's Office.
Getting Married in New York The steps necessary to become married in the State of New York are enumerated at this link. Marriage licenses may be obtained from the Town of Lake George Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
Hunter Education and Licensing The Hunter Licensing and Education rules and regulations are available on this link. Licenses may be purchased at the Town of Lake George Town Clerk's Office.
Lake George Park Commission The Park Commission as an agency of the State of New York has regulatory authority on activities on Lake George as well as the land of the shoreline and the entire drainage basin of the lake.

VILLAGE OF LAKE GEORGE CODE The Village of Lake George Code contains the laws and ordinances of the Village. In addition, adopted amendments are included.
